The team at BikeLane is known for our transparent and honest communication. We take the time to explain the necessary repairs, provide detailed estimates, and ensure that customers understand the work being done on their bikes. A few things to consider: - 30 day service guarantee - Bring your keys! (E-bikes) - We are happy to service hub motors, throttles, and conversion kits (prices may vary due to complexity). - Minimum charge for in-shop service ($15) and mobile service ($50) - Shop rates: $85/hour (traditional bike) and $105 (electric bike)

Bicycle Services & Repair

Basic Tune-up - $85

– Inspection of entire bike – Tire pressure check/adjustment – Minor drivechain clean and lube – Minor Brake, gear, wheel, hub and headset adjustments

Deluxe Tune-up - $130

– Inspection of entire bike - Cleaning of bike – Tire pressure check/adjustment – Drivechain clean and lube – Brake adjustments (no bleeding) - Wheel true - Adjust shifting (mechanical only) - Adjust headset, bottom bracket, and hubs - Repair flat tires ($20 extra for tubeless) - Cables and housing replacement

Premium Tune-up - $240

- Inspection of entire bike - Major cleaning of bike - Tire pressure correction - Major wheel true - Adjust shifting (mechanical only) - Repair flat tires ($20 extra for tubeless) - Full drive train degrease and re-lube - Bleed and adjust hydraulic brakes - Overhaul headset, bottom bracket, hubs, and frame - Dropper, fork, shock detailing - 10% off parts and accessories (some restrictions apply)

Build/Tune-up Bike from a Box - Starting at $145

– Build your bike, tune it up, and do adjustments. – This is the right service for you if you’ve purchased a new bike online and it is being shipped to your house or our shop. – NOTE: additional accessories will be charged extra.

Bike Fitting - Starting at $45

Spend time with one of our techs getting your bike adjusted for your body and achieve maximum comfort on your ride. Be prepared to be on your bike and do some test rides.

Bike Diagnostic - Starting at $50

We will come and check your bike over and tell you what it needs to be in proper operating condition. If a tune up package is booked as a result of the diagnostic the $45 fee is waived.

E-bike Services & Repair

Basic Tune-up - $105

– Includes everything listed in the Basic Bicycle Service listed above - Check basic function of electrical system

Deluxe Tune-up - $160

– Includes everything listed in the Deluxe Bicycle Service listed above – Check of electrical system - Firmware Update

Premium Tune-up - $285

– Includes everything listed in the Premium Bicycle Service listed above - Check basic function of electrical system - Firmware update - System check with print out (if available) - Internal wiring update - Light motor service (drop and clean) - Adjust sensors if needed (brake, torque, speed)

Build/Tune E-Bike from a Box - Starting at $165

– Build your bike, tune it up, and do some fitting adjustments. – This is the right service for you if you’ve purchased a new bike online and it is being shipped to your house or our shop. – NOTE: additional accessories will be charged extra. If the bike is more complex than expected the charge will also increase.

E-Bike Fitting - Starting at $55

Spend time with one of our techs getting your bike adjusted for your body and achieve maximum comfort on your ride. Be prepared to be on your bike and do some test rides.

E-Bike Diagnostic - Starting at $70

– Use a multimeter to diagnose any issues with motors, controllers, displays, throttles, brake sensors, torque sensors, wiring, etc. – Bike techs can provide a report outlining the findings with pictures and readings.

Mobile Services

Can't come to us? We can do the repair at your house or place of work!

All services described above can be done right at your home through our mobile service. Please note that a mileage fee is added to your bill, as well as an additional charge for each service.

Corporate Accounts and Companies with Bike Fleets

We support a variety of big companies who use bikes or e-bikes for their business, for example Alberta Health Services and the Green Acres Foundation. Each winter, we drive across southern Alberta to do annual tune-ups on the bikes. The winter months are typically less busy, so we are able to provide you with our full attention and ensure your bikes are working like new before the spring.
